Ancient charentais farm house for families and groups!
Saint Germain is an ancient Charantais farmhouse with a lovely view over the valley of Domaine de Beaulieu with ist two lakes (20 acres) and the valley of Poullignac village.
At just 450m, the manor house Logis de Beaulieu , has a large swimmingpool (8x14 m) and a tennis court, and is just a short forest walk away.

The floor has the region’s typical red clay tiles and the ceilings are furnished with old oak beams. All this, including two traditional open Charantais stone fire places, gives the Gite a rustic yet elegant atmosphere.
An unusual feature are three „mini rooms“ for children in the annexe of the building,with one bed in each room.
There are two twin bedrooms in the main part of the house, one with shower/WC, the other with bath/WC. All rooms have heaters.
The equipment also includes an electric oven, a diswasher, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer.
